These terms govern use of CaseWeaver, a clinical documentation tool for medical examiner and forensic pathology offices operated by Coach OS. By using CaseWeaver you agree to these terms.
This build contains synthetic records only.
The service
CaseWeaver assists licensed examiners in drafting autopsy reports from their own dictation and case materials. It is a documentation aid. It does not practice medicine, render forensic opinions, or determine cause or manner of death.
Professional responsibility
The examiner is solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and certification of every report. Generated drafts must be reviewed and edited by the examiner, who alone selects the manner of death and signs the report. Nothing CaseWeaver produces is a certified record until the examiner signs it.
Acceptable use
You agree to use CaseWeaver only for lawful professional purposes, to keep your credentials secure, and not to enter data you are not authorized to process. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Data
Your handling of case data is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your office retains ownership of its case data.
Availability and changes
CaseWeaver is provided on an ongoing basis; features may change. We will give account administrators reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
CaseWeaver is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coach OS disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
