What it costs when the free days end

Stated now so there are no surprises. Your first days are free.

Laboratories and pathology groups

Your first days are free. Nothing is charged automatically — near the end of the free period we send a reminder with a payment link (card) or a quote and W-9 (purchase order). If you don't continue, access ends and your data stays exportable for 60 days.

1. What you get

Full access to CaseWeaver for your organization for the free period below, at no charge.

2. How long the free period runs

Laboratories and pathology groups: 30 days from account activation.
County or district medical examiner offices and state systems: 90 days from account activation.

3. What it costs afterwards — stated now so there are no surprises

Laboratories and pathology groups: $499 per month, up to 3 users, $150 per month for each additional user. Billed monthly by card or invoice.
Single-district medical examiner office: $12,000 per year, purchase order accepted.
Multi-district or state systems: from $30,000 per year, quoted in writing.

Nothing is charged automatically. Near the end of your term we'll send a reminder with a link (card customers) or a quote and W-9 (purchase-order customers). If you don't continue, your access ends at the end of the term and your data is exportable for 60 days.

4. What we ask of you

Use it on real work if your policies allow, or on your own sample cases if they don't. Tell us what's wrong, what's missing and what you'd never trust. Reasonable participation in two short feedback conversations during the term.

5. Your reports are yours

Everything in the Terms of Service about Customer data applies during the free period. We don't use your content to train models. A Business Associate Agreement is available on request before you enter any protected health information.

6. The product keeps changing

Features will change during the term. We'll tell you before anything affecting your workflow changes. Certified reports and their records of action are never altered by us.

7. No fees, so limited remedies

While you are not paying, our liability is limited to $1,000. Review of every report before certification remains the examiner's responsibility.

8. Either side can stop

At any time with written notice to info@coachingos.org or to the email on your account.
