CaseWeaver

The report is waiting when the lab comes back.

CaseWeaver drafts the autopsy report from your dictation, redrafts the toxicology sections when results arrive, and records every step for the courtroom.

Free for your first 30 days for a lab, 90 days for an ME office. Then $499 per month for a lab · $12,000 per year for a single-district office.

It sits alongside your case system; it doesn't replace it.

You draft by talking. You decide cause and manner. You certify.

Every action is recorded, in order, tamper-evident.

Built to the standard

Report sections follow the National Association of Medical Examiners' 2025 Forensic Autopsy Performance Standards. Dictation is transcribed with a forensic vocabulary. Data is stored on U.S. infrastructure under a business associate agreement; criminal-justice deployments can be hosted on the government cloud tier.
